These terms apply to your use of MyFreeMeeting.com ("we", "us", "the service"), a free video meeting service. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

MyFreeMeeting.com lets you create meeting rooms and join video calls, chat, and share files with others who have the room's invite link. The service is free and supported by ads. No account is required.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you say, show, and share in rooms, and for who you give your invite link to. Anyone with the link can join the room, so share it only with people you trust.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break any law, or help anyone else break one.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other people, or share hateful or sexually explicit content without everyone's consent.
• Share content involving the sexual exploitation of minors. We will report it to the authorities.
• Share files or content that you don't have the right to share, including material that infringes someone's copyright.
• Upload malware or anything else designed to harm devices or data.
• Record other participants without their consent where the law requires it.
• Send spam, or use bots or scripts to create rooms or bypass our human verification.
• Interfere with or overload the service, or try to access parts of it you're not meant to.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you share through the service. You give us permission to store and transmit it only as needed to run the service, for example relaying chat messages and making shared files available to others in the room. Chat messages and files are deleted when everyone has left the room, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Enforcement

We may remove content, close rooms, or block access to the service for anyone who we believe is violating these terms or putting others at risk, without notice.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the service and how it is used.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that calls, messages, or files will be delivered. Don't rely on it for emergencies or anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service or from content shared by other users. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
